Terms of Agreement

1. I declare that I am the sole owner/co-owner and I represent the other co-owners of the property described above. I hereby instruct the real estate agent PROPERTY PINS REAL ESTATE LTD to sell/rent the property mentioned above.

2. In the event of the signing of a sales contract due to the efforts of the estate agent, I undertake to pay him the above mentioned agency fees based on the final sale price of the property. I consider the above mentioned fees fair and reasonable and commensurate to the efforts required by the agent and I state firmly that I do not intend to negotiate the reduction of these fees. I promise and undertake the obligation to pay the above agreed agency fees at the signing of a definitive contract or if a written contract is not prepared, on the date of the transfer of the property. I recognize that I am obliged to pay the estate agent the agreed fee at any point in the future, if after the signing of this agreement, I proceed with selling the property on my own to a natural or legal person who was referred to me by the estate agent or to any natural or legal person related to the person referred.

3. In the event of the signing of a rental agreement due to the efforts of the estate agent, I undertake to pay him the above mentioned agency fees based on the agency fee as noted hereabove. I consider the above mentioned fees fair and reasonable and commensurate to the efforts required by the agent and I state firmly that I do not intend to negotiate the reduction of these fees. I promise and undertake the obligation to pay the above agreed agency fee at the signing of a definitive contract. I recognize that I am obliged to pay the estate agent the agreed fee at any point in the future, if after the signing of this agreement, I proceed with renting the property on my own to a natural or legal person who was referred to me by the estate agent or to any natural or legal person related to the person referred.

4. In case that I secure a buyer or a tenant for my property on my own, I undertake the obligation to inform the estate agent in writing within ten days and to disclose the identity of the buyer or tenant.

5. It is understood that the estate agent will be eligible to his full agency fee if he first informs, about my property, an interested buyer or tenant who eventually buys or rents it. The first information given to a potential buyer constitutes intermediation for the purposes of the relevant law. In summary, I declare that the estate agency that first informs a potential buyer or a tenant about my property who eventually buys or rents it will be entitled to the agency commission.

6. I acknowledge that the dispatch of any documents to the email address stated above will be considered as received by me in full information by the estate agent.

7. I acknowledge that I can raise any complaint I may have about PROPERTY PINS REAL ESTATE LTD with its general manager at info@onlineproperties.com

8. My personal information will not be disclosed to third parties by you, unless requested by the local authorities.

9. The owner acknowledges and agrees that this agency agreement may be executed by electronic signature, which shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. Without limitation, “electronic signature” shall include electronically scanned and transmitted versions (e.g., via pdf) of an original signature. A pdf version of this executed agreement shall be sent via email to the owner and the agent and shall be considered original.
