Strovolos is a municipality of Nicosia District. It is the second biggest municipality in Cyprus. Strovolos is about 3 km from Nicosia and is a suburb. It borders with Aglantzia, Engomi, Latsia and Lakatamia.
Strovolos is now a town divided into six parishes: Chryseleousa, Ayios Demetrios, Apostolos Varnabas ang Ayios Makarios, Ayios Vasilios, National Martyr Kyprianos and Stavros.
